I truly would not have survived my CF in a SNF if not for these materials. I came in as the sole SLP with no materials and tons of Evals to do. A friend of mine shared her a copy of SNR's Guide to working in the snf. The book is amazing! I have used it a countless number of times in clinical fellowship year. It is such a useful tool that even SLP coworkers who have been in the SNF for years ask me to borrow it all the time
