My experience isn’t with the company but an employee driving a swalley company vehicle. It’s clear this gentleman has no regard for this company's image. We were swimming with our children 2,3,7,&10 @ cline falls park during this interaction. He was leading his dog around letting it walk all over my children’s clothes getting them wet/dirty. Karl Conklin is the best! Just had to share how much I appreciated all of his help and guidance with our irrigation. He explained things in a way that I could easily understand and troubleshoot. Karl is super knowledgeable and although he's a busy man, he still takes the time to walk you through the process and responds to calls in a timely manner. The Worst! Greedy, Money Hungry, Absolutely No Respect for their Customers! Will charge you an $80 late fee for being a few days late on your payment of THOUSANDS of dollars. Then they will have their lawyers send you to collection and cost you hundreds of dollars for what in the end? A fee they deemed appropriate after they already had their $$$.

Very expensive, very poor customer service, charge $80 late fees and will not explain. One of their supervisors ruined irrigation ditch by disturbing the bedrock underneath and now there a many sinkholes that cost us a lot of water and money every year. They won't take responsibility for this.
