The room is near new and tidy. The housekeepers are doing their best. I had a glitch checking in where the key card to the room was not working but it was promptly addressed by customer service officer Faye who contacted the building manager to rectify the issue. A tip is to make note of all the issues by conducting a quick inspection and taking photos. This way you can report the issues to customer service. Note that the 5 star review (Toni) is an employee of this group and therefore the review is super dodgy and should not be trusted. This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I was in Adelaide for a funeral and did not need the ridiculous drama of this on top of everything else. 2 good things are the beds were comfortable to sleep on and the location is super central and convenient. We haven't got there yet. We've just had one and a half hours of totally stupid run around from the people supposedly running this place. Telling us they sent emails they did not send and refusing to send them again. Telling us we have no AirBnB history and then saying that we do and then denying it again. So we have to send them photos of us AND of identification documents. For our security. Who would believe that one when we are clearly dealing with a call centre outside Oz.
