Swainson’s M1 penthouse was amazing, definitely the best accomodation I’ve stayed at in Adelaide. Awesome views very clean and great value for money. Would 100% recommend.

View is the only luxury. Swainson Apartments who manage this Apartment are unscrupulous. They want the customer to pay top dollar for substandard service and facilities. where do i start.... after booking this apartment which i book from 3pm only to rang back and told that i could not enter till 4 o'clock due short staff and still not cleaned which i agreed to. 30 minutes go by and get a text saying now 5 o'clock 😡. I then replied to this message saying im not really happy considering the price that i just paid.
