I wanted specific specks on a 2018 and Shawn pulled it off. They had to hunt for the right model and specks . I was more than pleased with the service and financial people. They went beyond reasonable service.. I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much.. Love the Outback. Big smile.

I just want everyone to know that this place is selling a white 2014 Ford Edge limited with 57xxx miles on it. I took it to Zieglers Transmission in Pendleton and they said the transfer case is in bad shape and the oil is almost sludge also it has a 2amp unknown draw on the electrical system and the couldn't figure out what it was in the time they had. It cost me 80$ to have done....they will try and tell you it's just a bad battery or some other excuse. We were disappointed...and definitely don't buy that car unless they fi... read more
Driving my new Subaru Outback and it is a beautiful car.
We were a hard sell. My husband didn't want to give up on his old car. After a few trips we realized it was time. We bought a new outback. February 7th it was snowing and we left in our new car. So glad we did. Love this car and everyone at Harley Swain Subaru.

Laid back, efficient service, knowledgeable personnel.
We live in the Portland area and were visiting the area and had a problem with our Subaru and took it in. We had taken it to one in the Portland area and we were told it would be over $2000 to fix the problem. Yet it what they were saying didn't make sense. While taking with the Mechanic at Harley Swain he offered other solutions to try first, knowing it wasn't a guarantee we did and glad because it saved us thousands.
Don't buy a car from these guys, they'll screw their own grandmother over! Take the time and go over to Tri Cities, or Portland. The salesmen will lie to your face, make all kinds of promises, and not stand behind a single one!
