They got me into the car that I wanted, so I’m happy about that. But I couldn’t unhook the sound system by myself out of my old car so they said they would have it employee help me. When I contacted them later on to get it, they said they had gotten rid of the car with the system in it knowing I wanted it. When I called and talked to the owner he said there’s nothing he can do because I didn’t sign papers for it and didn’t seem to care or try to make it right. Friendly and helpful sales force. We were handed off to the salesperson with the most experience with this model, Sti, which was helpful and appreciated. It was obvious the sales force loves the cars they sell. They were even a bit sad to see this Beauty leave!
