I reached out to another local dealer and never heard anything for 4 days. I had to reach out multiple times before i finally heard from anyone at NetAuto. I reached out to Swain and heard from Floyd in about 30 minutes. It was an easy process and very pleasant! Floyd and Abe made it effortless and answered all my questions! If I could give less than one star, I would for Swain Automotive. This is the most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't stand behind anything they say or do. Where should I begin. I bought a 2008 Mercedes E 350 from Swains July 17, 2014. The Internet advertisement posted that the car was priced at $20,995, and it described the car as being in stellar condition.
