i scheduled an appt online on sunday 8/9 for wednesday 8/12, and provided all of my insurance information when i booked. i arrived for my appt today at 11:45am, was greeted and told that my benefit doesn’t cover my exam due to having an exam last july (i thought exams were covered yearly, but apparently it’s changed). my annoyance is that they didn’t check and confirm my benefits prior to me coming, then tried to tell me it was $69 out-of-pocket for an exam — wasted my time. she told me they kept trying to call me, but i onl... read more
