Megan Kosanic is an abysmal property manager. She seems to work from 11 am - 2 pm tuesday - thursday. Acted unprofessionally and arrogantly, never responds to texts in a reasonable amount of time, and showed up 20 minutes late to our tour. This organization then proceeded to take our $375 application fee and ran.Ā
Horrible at best .no communication unless there ripping you off with fake hidden late fees..do not under any circumstance rent from these crooks ..look up their terrible reviews on yelp and google too .how can a scumbag company screw so many people and still have business is beyond reason..so many more better companies šĀ

I was charged over $2200 in damages upon moveout for an apartment that I left in pretty much move-in condition. $446 was charged to clean the entire apartment. I had paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned already and sent SVN the receipt. I also spent days before I moved out cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, wiping down walls, dusting baseboards etc. My favorite was a $1,497.99 charge to repaint the entire apartment.
