Once SVL finally answered the phone i was transferred top parts and hung up on after 2 minutes…. Then got ahold of them again, transferred again to parts and then hung up on after 5 minutes. Tried to call for the next 30 min and it said the line was busy. Terrible, terrible business. I even mentioned to Maddie who answered the phone both times that i was hung up on while on hold to which she laughed at and transferred me yet again.
