I was trying to book an new patient appointment for my 2 children and hands down rudest office I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. They were annoyed with simple questions and unhelpful. From their incompetent billing 'Supervisor' Susan Park to the office supervisor Eileen Garcia. I was the farthest thing from rude, and was asking simple questions. Dr. Svitek has been a blessing to my family and me. After an unspeakable tragedy he has been more than a Doctor to my children and me. We thank you and your staff for all you've done for us !
What a lovely man . . . so good natured and truly professional.
Dr. Svitek makes going to the doctor so comfortable for my sons. He is very thorough and talks directly to them to best understand how they feel. Very happy to have him as our pediatrician!!
