We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects. We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. Hired sandro to do an Under Pin Project in Georgetown. We Agreed on a price and he stated he would start in a week. When I asked him to provide insurance for the project he did not respond. I asked three times and no response. He then told me he could not do the project and returned my deposit. He stated “it is not worth it for my company“ Very Bad experience and a waist of time. Home owners. Check the status of his insurance

We got a remodel on our house and added a room on the East side of the house to expand a little. We're extremely happy with what we had done. The people that came in and worked are really good and respectful workers.
