Past service had been great but yesterday we had our car in for an oil change and service. When my husband got into the car there was grease on the floor mat and no paper protectors, after complaining, it was cleaned. Then he realized they didn’t sweep the car or wash the car as requested. We paid for premium service and ended up with mediocre. Not sure if we’ll return.

They are the worst. Never ever use there service center. Every time I take my car in there something is wrong with it. The first 2 times this happen maybe a coincidence. The 3rd time my window no longer works and they expect me to pay for it. It worked fine when I dropped my car off n they hit me a $300.00 bill for it. This must be how they make money. Scam artist. I will be telling everyone I know
