We used suzi on a major renovation involving two bathrooms and two closets. We were pleased with the results and she seemed to work well with our contractor, HOWEVER, she failed to deliver on a promise to provide "before and after" pictures of the remodel. It's now been more than 120 days since the conclusion of the project and aside from one abortive attempt that was canceled, she's failed to deliver. So "buyer beware". Rich P
