we just moved here and I found this just because of closeness to our home. Our apt was at 11 and I had a feverish toddler and 2 older children still waiting almost an hour later. The receptionist was nice but very overwhelmed. She had no one helping her and expected me to fill 3 packets repeating the same information (address, name, insurance card information...) over and over again in each packet.
