Thank you for arranging our appointments after the snow. AS always the staff was friendly and courteous and provided us excellent service.
Friendly staff which was both efficient and professional. Appointment ran on time and I felt Dr. Starnes spent an adequate amount of time with me and answered all my questions.
I was very impressed with how well the business was run. I was immediately greeted and not expected to wait long. Everything was done electronically in the dentist's chair and I had visibility to see what they were doing and recording. I was so pleased with how smoothly everything went and how quickly I got out of there. This was not sacrificing any information I should need either.
I would recommend this office to everyone. The entire staff is so comforting and yet professional. They fit me right in for an emergency and took great care of me. I am a difficult patient because I do not like to go to the dentist but these dentists take such good care of me, it's getting less and less nerve wracking to go!
The doctors and staff at Suwanee Family Dentistry are always incredibly professional and friendly. Every effort is made to make me feel comfortable, I've never felt like a number in a file, and I have always been pleased with the quality of their work. I recommend this office without reservation!
