The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My appointments are made for my convenience and I never have waited over 10 minutes for my appointment.

I requested an immediate appointment because I had a severe toothache. Although I had a previously scheduled appointment in two days, the staffperson was extremely helpful and responsive to my pain. I was able to get in the office within hours of my call and then Dr. Herrington and her staff immediately referred me to a specialist.
