Sutton Carpet is the only one I go to when I need new carpet choices/delivery/installation and certainly for cleaning on a regular basis. It's a top-notch outfit.

It is hard to rate them . Cleaning was good. But I was given a price of $234 and I asked is this the final price and she said yes. I was quite clear on this because I was only willing to spend so much. On delivery it became $365 then when I balked she stayed at $234. She said that the $365 included delivery but she could have included this charge when she gave me the price. She lost me as a Customer.

We were not informed that the rug had to be put down after cleaning. That was the the additional cost. Sorry to loose the customer but we are not a bait and switch company and if we had been informed prior to delivery the charge would have been explained.
