This was a wonderful experience. My carpets had not been cleaned for fourteen years and were to say the least stained in many area. I used home advisor and they recommended three carpet cleaners. Sutton cleaners called and their representative was Diane, who’s was very knowledgeable and very much a human being with humor. We set up a date for an appraisal and if I accepted that appraisal I could have the carpets cleaned that same day. On the assigned day Mr. Pong comes at the stated time.
