They haven't actually begun the job but have measured and given an estimate which I think are very reasonable. I am in the process of first removing the old wood stairway and replacing threads and landings. I had wall to wall carpeting and want runners. Their experienced way of talking to me and helping me decide induced me to hire them. I know it will be beautiful.

I found Sutton by checking reviews on yelp and Home Advisor. After calling one other company, I called Sutton and knew it was the right one for me. I needed fast service for pick-up, cleaning and storage for two Oriental rugs from two locations. They picked up the very next morning and the price for everything was quite reasonable. I was already impressed, but one other thing impressed me even more. I wanted to have the fringe on both rugs removed and the edges bound. I'm a very happy customer. The work that was done was terrific. I asked them to clean a very old and dirty carpet. They were professional and delivered my carpet back to my home as promised. I thought the price was a bit high but considering the short time frame and the age of the carpet it was money well spent.

The technician arrived exactly on time. He didn't complain about having to take his equipment down a staircase in the service entrance and removed the spots I was concerned about.
