Let me preface this by saying I lived here a few years back with a roommate and am currently living here in a one bedroom (different building/parking lot) The people in the leasing office are very pleasant, and the maintenance crew are timely and efficient (no complaints there) The location is nice, close to the interstate. My main issue is the huge cockroach problem that plagues every single building in this complex. I've lived here for almost 5 years now, and have been happy with my time here. Maintenence is always fast and very helpful, and the front office is always available when I call with any issues. They take payments online and the fees aren't outrageous like other places. Overall, with location, it's a great place to live if you work in Bearden!
