Lived here for 4+ years, the only consistencies with this place are that your rent will increase significantly each year, the pool is closed, the water will be turned off at least monthly for repairs, roaches outside every time you leave your apartment at night, and enough mosquitoes to drink a cow dry. Waste your money here if you want, but you’d be better off in a van down by the river.
Neighbors loud and beat on ceiling 24/7. Consistently shutting down water for repairs so no water to property multiple times in the last year at least 4 times water not even turned back on at end of the night. No parking available 90percent of the time. tenants parked illegally all over property. Multiple times my brand new car has had a car door swung open and damaged the paint and property manager refuses to do anything about it. Laundry machines consistently out of order.
