everyone was very friendly and helpful. I experienced no issues or troubles
I've been going to Sutter for 30+ yrs and yes I've had horrible experiences too. Lately tho I've been very pleased in the wait time, courtesy of staff and Drs. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow and will rate again, but for now I give them a 5. I'm so sorry to hear of all you bad experiences and I hope it changes for you all.
No other hospital has ever treated myself or my husband better. The surgeons,nurses, physical therapists, etc... treated us like kings and queens. You saved my life last year and my husbands leg yesterday. Amazing job.Thank you Sutter .Always appreciated more than you know.
First of all, they wanted us there at 10, my daughter was having a procedure and she was scheduled to go in at 11, and she didn't go in until 1, and we went up to the cafeteria to try to get something small to eat and the rolls and the brownies were stale, also not many choices at all. I was pretty disappointed.
No way I luv it the staff are awesome,I'm always ahead of time and they see me in advance half an hour earlier
