RecommendedWe recieved the very best care imaginable at SSRRH. There were support , help and an answer for every question. Every member of the staff was polite, courteous and professional. It was a bad situation made about as good as it could be. Very grateful to all.
Irritated with triage and how they call patients back to ER, then send sick persons back out to lobby to wait while they work on others. No one cleaned or attempted to clean or wipe down lobby while there, no wonder germs spread toddlers and infants won’t wear masks, and want to touch everything... feeling rather let down by primary care, and lack of usage of cleaner urgent care. The emergency department the nursing staff the doctors are great
Everyone treated me like family I received five-star treatment from the moment I walked in the door till themoment I went home professional friendly warm in this beautiful new hospital. 10 day stay. Thank you I hope I never come back if I do this is where I want to go.
Excellent staff but it seemed they were very understaffed -- only 1 doctor for a very busy ER. We waited four hours to finally be seen by the doctor. She was great -- but needed additional staff.
Worst emergency room, waited 4 hours just to be turned away and the female doctor was a snob. Go somewhere else.
Wonderful staff. Esp the nurses. They have treated me with respect and kindness. I loved Norah, Lacey, Sophia and Effie. And all the nurses aids. A BIG thank you to Dr. Woodbury and his staff. I am so thankful for this AMAZING staff.
