We've had many bad experiences with them, they have deleted the previous on call ER doctor opinion in favor of the current on call doctor. Currently they discharged an immediate family member with internal bleeding in hopes it would "go away on its own", and according to their on call GI "Not important". They offered to do an endoscopy or send them home, then retracted the offer to do the endoscopy and discharged without doing anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Took 3 times asking for help for them to help. And then when they finally realized something was wrong, they didn’t even look at my fathers past history with them. We had to tell multiple nurses his own medical history with them. You would expect that when you’ve been in and out of the hospital for a year, they would at least pay attention to you or like look up why you were there in the past. If you don’t care about your patients don’t work in the medical field.

Unprofessional. They think because they have people with COVID to act like they’re first priority and not others going through other health problems.
I had a Widowmaker heart attack on 5/20/2020 and all I can say is Sutter is the best. There staff from the cardiologists to the housekeepers are the most caring and dedicated group I have ever seen. I want to especially thank the nurses in the cardiac ward. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and done with care and a high degree of skill. I don't recommend having a heart attack but if you do, Sutter is the place to be. On a scale from 1 to 5 with 5 being excellent, I give Sutter a 10.
3 surgeries for compound fracture 2018 another surgery today cut into my neck remover tumor. Hands down best hospital ever. Jennifer and Macy a special thinks you’re the best and know how to make a guy relax in a scary time. Thank you from bottom of my heart.
because my 63 yr old diabetic mother fell and broke her left humerus and all we got was over 10hrs in the E.R. and no admission for medical monitoring...worst place ever!
