My daughter was injured in softball so we went to the emergency room. Wait was nothing. We were there for a while as there was tests and stitches but not an unreasonable wait at all! Everyone was sincere and super nice! The PA that attended to my daughter knew just how to handle her as she is very afraid of needles. We will drive farther just to go there vs other places. Thanks you Sutter!!
I would love to thank Sutter ICU nurses doctors especially the nurses for their kind and very professional services . They saved my mother in laws life. My mother in law contravted pneumonia that spread to her ❤️ They tried serval different meds a d finally inserted a pick . When other methods failed. Sge spent 12 days in ICU . We left today. My only complaint? Think outside the box . Not every 81 year old needs to be sent he with hospice to die. And they need a public restroom. On the ICU floor. You must travel outside . Th... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My wife and I had the most horrifying experience at the Emergency Department of this hospital, she is absolutely traumatized after leaving and has been bawling her eyes out all night. Not only was she absolutely neglected, and not only did the quality of care she received disgust us, but she felt so assaulted by the doctor, and the RN who was on duty as the Emergency Department Charge Nurse, that she now doesn't know if she will ever feel safe in an ER again.
