In November 2023, my wife had a scheduled C-section at this hospital. Prior to the surgery, her doctor was supposed to meet with her, but never came into the room to speak with her. During this time, the attending nurse, Heather Miller, treated my wife with a lack of care. She struggled to insert the IV properly, having to make multiple attempts, and her demeanor was extremely rude — the environment felt harsh and unwelcoming. KHANH TRAN— OBGN TRAP.. She was the absolute worst.. always at least an hour late with zero prep. Very in-personable/ selfish about her time.. Showed us the wrong transcript and explained we had issues/ surgeries that were needed that weren’t even tied to our pregnancy or visit and continued to push it on us until we clarified multiple times that we didn’t have the name on the chart.. Never filled out any of our pregnancy Fmla documentation enough in/or time to support work leave.. highly recommend staying away or choosing a... read more

This was one of the worst labor and delivery experiences my family has encountered. The staff and Dr. Kaitlyn Spears were terrible. Dr. Spears instructed me to push prematurely, which resulted in a 4th-degree tear, and she seemed to dismiss it as a common occurrence. Post-delivery, the staff were consistently rude. They denied my request for donor milk, despite my inability to breastfeed while recovering and my baby crying. Our entire stay was marked by their rudeness. Please do not go here and give birth if you have depression or bipolar and going into delivery with any mental status they will call cps and lie that you want to harm yourself after you gave birth to your first born. Very disgusting when I never said anything like that, also if that’s the case why let me leave with my baby? Please don’t go here. They ruined my experience on birthing my baby here. They will lie!!
