Went to SRMC ER via ambulance 77 year old male in extreme upper body pain. My ER CareTeam work hard to assist me. 5 STARS and I thank them. After I was to an ICU Bed My Care Team with extensive Cardio training did all the all they could, via HIPA regs, they were/ are 5 STAR. If ever you need Hospital care SRMC the only place to be!

My dad arrived here via ambulance early this morning for chest pain. From the moment my husband and I got there, the front desk security in the ER was nice and also the phlebotomist and the registration person. Dr. Bailey was so kind and the nurse Eric was very friendly. My dad thought everyone was so nice. His second nurse Lisa was also very sweet. We definitely had a good experience despite the fact that he was there 10 plus hours, it was still a positive experience. You can't expect to go to the ER and have them do tests ... read more

I wish I could tell you about the staff or my experience here but the referral department has made it impossible to be seen here to the point that I’ve chosen to go anywhere else. My referrals were faxed over multiple times, emailed over multiple times, and yet no one on their staff can even confirm if it was received. Not approved by them, just received. At this point I’m convinced that Sutter does not want to take my insurance and is refusing service by claiming to not receive my referrals. I will never go to this facility... read more

My wife and I have been on a what was supposed to be a two week road trip/vacation and anniversary to Southern California and a stop in Roseville to visit my in-laws and it turned out to be almost three weeks now since we left from our town in Northern Nevada. Unfortunately, that was hampered by getting some type of urinary tract infection that spread to my kidneys. Visit to the Ed on 1/4. I would first like to state the lack their of professionalism from staff talking openly about other patients and why they are here giggling for conditions is unprofessional. You went to school to treat patient we come here to get treatment ,we are paying off your loan aka debt for school off. If you don’t wanna work or feel they’re here for nothing quit your job. HIPPA violations are insane to hear about a 23 y/o who can’t swallow medications and hear a nurse giggling. Will be complaining about this t... read more
