Caring, professional staff. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Treat you as a person, not a number. Kept me informed of any delays and the steps of my procedure.
I was worried about my husband as I had waited over two hours to hears news of a supposedly half hour procedure, so I inquired at the front desk and was informed he had not even been taken in yet. I understand things happen to hold things up, but they should inform people so they are prepared and don't sit needlessly worrying. Unthoughtful at the least.
