I don't know why this is listed as Permanently Closed. It has not been closed. It is open Sunday to Saturday including holidays. Would whomever is responsible for posting the hours of operation please correct it? This is a very nice facility and the nurses and assistants are all wonderful. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk who are always there to help. Everyone is friendly and professional.
Dedicated building for Oncology and Cancer treatment. Third floor is exclusively allocated for physician consultation. Second floor is for infusion treatment. Looks like they do infusion treatment even on Weekends! This is a big deal and very convenient for lot of patients. Looks like the facility has almost 50 infusion chairs and on a busy day they do treatment for 100 to 120 patients. RN mentioned that this is probably the biggest facility in Bay Area and Sacramento combined.
Today was my scheduled Chemo day. Irena is awesome. She met me with a big smile and a positive attitude. She made sure I was comfortable as I began the 5 1/2 hour Chemo session. I wasn't sure if this Chemo Protocol I was supposed to fast. Unfortunately I half way through the Chemo session I started feeling nauseous. Been there for over a year now. The people are the nicest and helpful I have come across. They really care about the patient but don't make you feel like that's all you are.
