Switched from kaiser and 100 percent regret. Sutter is such a money grab. All insurances are but this is 10x worse than kaiser. They want you to be seen for every little thing even things that can clearly be done over the phone. My kid has been in speech for 1.5 years and therapist wanted a hearing eval and they said she needed an apt to put a referral in. The apt was 1 question "why does she need a referral" which I had already told them why at least 3xs .. then they gave her a referral and charged us 200 bucks for the apt.... read more
If you have to check in at Pediatrics Do Not go to the receptionist Raffah, the guy behind the desk. It took him 25-30 mins to check me in. We are established Sutter patients and completed our easy arrival form on the app 48 hrs before arrival. Because of his lack if training or willingness to learn his job correctly, he told me that now I was late (because he had to go to a coworker 2x to ask what and how to do).
