KHANH TRAN— OBGN TRAP.. She was the absolute worst.. always at least an hour late with zero prep. Very in-personable/ selfish about her time.. Showed us the wrong transcript and explained we had issues/ surgeries that were needed that weren’t even tied to our pregnancy or visit and continued to push it on us until we clarified multiple times that we didn’t have the name on the chart.. I would highly suggest you check how this office charges your visit to insurance. If a visit is <5 minutes total is “extra time”, I’d sincerely worry about the care you may receive here in such short windows. In addition to likely not getting attentive care, their charges to make a buck at the patient’s expense are inaccurate at best, unethical at worst. Context: a 4 minute follow up visit cost an extra $120 on top of the normal visit charge, just 5 days after the first visit with a normal visit charge. Even when this follow... read more

I have unfortunately had many experiences at Sutter Roseville Hospital due to kidney stones over the years. I have always had wonderful care. Occasionally I have had a nurse or someone who seems maybe not as friendly or burned out but that is not common. Shift changes and you get a bright shiny face. This visit was my first time having a roommate and all the staff did such a fantastic job caring for my sweet elderly neighbor. If you’re looking for mental health, you will not find it in this place, the nurse was rude and the service was mediocre, also most of the shift he was sitting at a desk chatting with coworkers and ignoring patients, when asking questions he was no been true full, despotic . When asking to talk to the dr he ignored me, I asked again and he said there is no Dr onsite and the dr will be here at 10:00 pm. I have a lab claim from SUTTER MED GRP YOLO denied by my insurance with the below denial description.
