Can I possibly give negative review? It was a back and forth for months with MRI reports, evals they needed, a couple doctors declining to see my son though he was referred there. All in the spaces of over 4 months just to have him be seen!! (He never was!) Calling weekly with no response from them. Sending me over to the referral department, telling me they needed this, then that, me sending it, and then having them decline my son treatment. Always agree with social workers here, or the nurses will take your medication away
My orthopedic sent over multiple referrals. None of them were ever received. They made multiple calls to Sutter medical, at one point I was told the referrals needed to be sent to a different fax number so I gave that to my orthopedic doctor, however after many failed attempts, they never received it. This company does not need any more patients. They can’t handle what they have.
