The nurses in the family birth center treated us like family. I have had 7 children at 4 hospitals & by far this was our best experience! We on a hug basis by the time we checked out. It was a beautiful to with people who were truly invested in their work. Thank you now and always Sutter for making our birthing plan so personal and wonderful!

Cannot believe the ER here. It seats less than 30 people total. My granddaughter has 104 fever and is just sitting here across from a woman who keeps vomitting (won't do it in the restroom). And the guy checking us in (Pierre) refuses to correctly pronounce her name and looks annoyed when we correct him. On top of that, I'm not convinced this is a HIPAA compliant area. And no tables or clipboards available to fill out forms. What's happened to this place???
They are good with patients for the most part, but employees get screwed. Especially when you are trying to do your job and they say you r breaking a policy. After 15 years this is the treatment you get. If you stand up for yourself, then a wanna be guy that thinks he is GOD screws you over.
