I am sitting in the ER. The patient has been ready to leave for over an hour and needs to pee but NO ONE in this place will find the time to help. A lot of people standing around doing nothing and the one RN who was helping us told me an hour ago he had a bunch of things to do ... and has successfully avoided eye contact since. Not impressed. You’d think we don’t have insurance.

We went to the ER because my mother was having lots of leg pain. Had a 5 hour wait to see the doctor. The doctor saw my mother for less than five minutes and sent her home. My mother had a hysterectomy on Nov 1st. No x-ray or ultra sound was done. We are told be the advice nurse, that she could have a blood clots or nerve damage. Sutter's doctor should have check on that. We will never recommend Sutter. Also, your restrooms are disgusting
It is okay if you have good insurance and they are real quick to discover that. I had surgery on the 16th and my doctor never came to tell me how it went, whereas when he operated on me at Dignity he always did. money is enticing I suppose. the aftercare was HORRIBLE
Hostile environment. Discriminates against senior citizens . Put my husband in a room with a man with a weapon. This happened on the orthopedic floor on October 14, 11:30 at night. Charge nurse was Kathy, horrible person, condescending and lazy should not be in health care. Prioritized lunatics life over my husband. Excellent staff newer facilities it is a very nice hospital.
Had a hip replacement in the surgery center. These were the people who helped me recover: Nurses: Mindy, Bing, Grace, Julia/support staff: Ernestine, Mare, Erik, Pragash.
The staff here are amazing. The pediatric unit is the best . Thank You all
they murdered my child. they were so quick to just give up on her. she went in talking, getting better, then ended up having surgery which ended up resorting to her being brain dead they couldn't get her lungs and heart to start after they induce the coma and deflated her lungs.
