Highly illegal behavior going on here. After being overcharged for multiple appointments, they've decided that they want to try to blame the patient because they say I should've anticipated how my doctor was going to set the appointment even though I set the appointment as a follow up and only had a two minute visit because I was feeling under the weather and they asked me to not come into the office but rather meet over video.
Went here for a sports physical and was told it would be $90 being outside of their network, then received a bill for $263. Absolutely ridiculous. It was not disclosed to me that there would be any other charges. In the process of review/disputing these charges.
They changed my primary care doctor to a very lousy PA Akousa Rodriguez...this person is not a doctor and very lousy treating patients. First thing she did was cutout my medications without any reason and now I have nothing but insurance issues because this PA and her staff are laaazy. Never does her pre authorization and seems like she is always late and confused.
