A little late getting this review done. My late wife was being treated for cancer at Sutter Roseville Hospital in early 2022. It became clear that hospice care was necessary and after consulting with the hospice coordinator at the hospital we decided we would do the hospice care at home. My Dad was a patient of Sutter Hospice in his final weeks earlier this year. From intake through his passing, their services and staff were exceptional. The intake team was compassionate and caring in their interaction with my Dad and our family. His direct nursing team, Corey and Christina, and the additional nurses who provided care were highly skilled, experienced, caring, and compassionate. Don't call after hours, the lady was very rude. She said I wasn't on my dads " contacts", I asked who made up the list of contacts because I wanted to see how my dad was doing. I told her he didn't have much time and she interrupted me and told me SHE didn't have time either and hung up. Wow, frickin unbelievable, real professional to treat family member who's dad is dying. I called back , spoke to Melissa, very empathetic to my situation and got me her supervisor, another Melissa. Both Melissa were very NICE and informed me... read more
