They need better customer service as well as better internal shipping and administrative processes.
I ordered major stuff from them for a new building and they kept shipping everything to my house instead of my job site, then wanted to charge me for the re-shipment. Never again!
Avoid at all cost, after several inquiries about my refund still nothing. A claim has been filled through PayPal. These people are modern day crooks. The need to change their name to Unsustainable Supply.
Item I ordered did not arrive. 21 days later call them multiple times to contact them to find out another 20 days until shipped. Advertised as ships in 1-3 days. Cancelled order and then 5 days until refund. They wanted my money as soon as ordered, but yet hold the refund for days.

RecommendedIt was real easy to navigate through the website. I was looking for a few eyewash station parts and the pictures helped narrow down my search. I called Customer Service about the item I needed, they made sure I was ordering the correct one which helped out even more.
Stop selling products from companies that have low quality standards.
if they aren't going to use FedEx 2 day shipping then that shouldn't be an option. they cheated my grandmother out of the additional shipping charges she paid to have the cutlery kit for her church delivered for a funeral. it was 3 days late and they're just like "well FedEx doesn't do weekend delivery" actually FedEx does do weekend delivery Sustainable Supply just doesn't pay the extra fee to get the products to their customer in time but sure as heck will take your money and say they will. i wonder how many other people t... read more
Just ordered replacement parts for rest room paper holders. Contacted customer service (Amy) via chat. She was very efficient and answered my questions quickly. I placed an order and had trouble with addresses - shipping vs billing. Once more on chat and Amy fixed the issue and sent me a new confirmation. Very pleased with their customer service and their pricing. Won't hesitate to use them again.
