After being late for my appointment (my first time and I got lost) and told I would need to reschedule I broke down crying due to overwhelm and stress. The woman wanted to reschedule me right then but I said I’d call to reschedule cause I couldn’t think in the moment. I was really sad and didn’t have my calendar in front of me.
