I recently had new windows, bifold an and doors installed by Sussex Window Works and I couldn't be happier! Sam was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth. The windows are made to a high standard, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Sussex Window Works for anyone looking for new doors or windows - they're amazing! Excellent service from Sam and his team. The work was carried out with efficiency, care and detail. Five new windows and a front door delivered as ordered at a good price and fitted in 1.5 days. I would heartily recommend this team for their hard work in leaving the venue clean and looking great.

SWW we're initially very good and price was very competitive. We had bifolds and a window installed, but can say the quality isn't great. The rubber around the frame was peeling a away on the first day and vents are very flimsy. Furthermore, the handles on the window are very flimsy and came loose within the a couple of days. We have emailed to ask them to replace the rubber section of the door and received no repsonse in over a year.
