Norman is a fantastic person to deal with and an amazing wrench! He put in new suspension and a Thunder Max tuner on my machine (2007 Harley Dyna Super Glide Custom) adjusting it all to work with my 6'9" 300lb frame. What a job. Only problem is he made my ride work so well I have no interest in a new one.
Norman and Matt are attentive to all of your riding needs.
