Sussan Rouhafza is a very effective realtor. She was prompt to respond to our initial request and all our questions. She kept us informed at every stage and walked us through the documents. She negotiated a lower price for us when it was appropriate. She checked in with us at frequent intervals, even after settlement was completed. We recommend her for your real estate needs, however complicated.
