Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
