DO NOT use this cleaning service. Called them up and scheduled a cleaning for saturday morning. They took my deposit, then on the morning of the scheduled cleaning they cancelled. Said they would return my deposit but never did. I called the main number 20 times and never received an answer, and now it doesn't ring so I'm sure i was blocked. One of the women has responded to some of my texts but just comes up with excuses and says she will "call the owner".

We paid for them to come deep clean our house and when they showed up. We told them that we needed everything done. We even gave them a deposit. When they got here they said we had to remove everything from our cupboards for them to be able to clean them. And we had some stuff like trash that we needed to throw in the uhaul and they said they would help. They never did. We hired Susie to perform a deep clean of a home we just purchased. She provided a quote to perform a deep clean of the whole house, but on arriving, informed us she did not have a vacuum and would be unable to clean the carpeted lower level. She also insisted on being paid up front. She did some cleaning in the other levels, but areas of the floors were obviously uncleaned, closets were untouched, streaks and dirt were left on the windows.
