I have nothing but great things to say about Susie! She made us feel like a VIP through the entire house hunting process. She showed us a home that we fell in love with before it hit the market so we could write up an offer. Inventory has been extremely low and we did not want this house to get snatched up by someone else. Susie is a great realtor! Above and beyond!! She helped us buy our home and sell our old house -- and gave us all the tips for getting the house ready to show (and help with finding good contractors to do the work). Since Susie grew up in Portland, she knows the neighborhoods, history and schools. She is a rare breed because she has the business savvy but is also fun to be around.
Susie has been a fantastic realtor. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying and selling a house. She made my home purchase effortless and she's continued to stay in touch with me and provide advice on a few house projects that I want to work on.

Susie is one of the best realtors in Portland. She went above beyond what we expected obsessing every detail associated with the purchase and sale of our home. She also was very helpful when it came to all other things associated with buying a home. She's got great contacts in the industry and knows how to find you the right people to work with from moving to inspections to renovations to painting. She's a professional and a good friend.

Susie found my condo for me, she knew what I was looking for and showed me some properties that I had dismissed online-one of them was exactly what I wanted. She also helped negotiate a deal that would work for both me and the seller as I needed another two months to close.
Susie and her team helped me sell my old home and find and get just the house I was looking for. They took the time to understand my needs and wants and never wasted my time in looking at housed that didn't fit my criteria. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for home.
