The phrase "goes above and beyond" is often overused. Susie truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I dont know how she does it all. Susie is professional, savvy, knowledgeable, and everything you would hope for in a real estate agent. You are in good hands with Susie. I am so thankful she helped us find and buy our forever home!
Susie made the sale of my house very easy. Once I listed with her, I really had nothing to do but wait for the closing. She handled everything from staging the house to hiring people to make repairs. She kept me totally aware of everything and what to expect throughout the selling process. She has great contact people. I cannot say enough amazing things about Susie. She was recommended after another realtor bailed on us because she didnt want to cross bridges. You will find some realtors up here only want to work certain neighborhoods. Susie was awesome as usual. We used her twice over the last few years and both times the outcome was exactly as she had planned. We listened to her advice which was a complete interior painting and cleaning. Both houses looked brand new and sold witihin a few days with multiple offers over asking price. I recomend her highly and would use her again.
