Great 1st visit :) I loved entering my client info directly into a laptop vs. handwriting all the information down :) Everyone was super friendly & helpful. Dr. Kwok was great!! I appreciated that she took the time to go over my medical history, as well as, explaining the issues with my teeth, along with showing individual pictures of each problem tooth. It was great to be able to see the problem areas and have her explain what the proposed treatment plan was :) Can't wait for my next appt. & it's a root canal!!!

I have been going to Dr. Kwok for over 15 years and honestly she is just the best. I cannot imagine a better dentist. Not only do her and her staff take excellent care of my teeth and problematic gums, but she is the sweetest, friendliest and most personable Healthcare provider I've ever had anywhere. She's also so patient and understanding when treating me as I have severely sensitive teeth. I'm never made to feel bad about the kid gloves they have to use with me. The BEST I have been going to Dr. Kwok for over 15 years and honestly she is just the best. I cannot imagine a better dentist. Dr. Kowk and all her staff were so patient and took special care of me today. They're exceptional and caring. I was nervous and they made sure I got special treatment. I recommend Dr. Kowk highly for any dental visit.

I normally don't like dentists; actually, it's safe to say that it isn't really the dentists I don't like, but the pain that I generally associate them with. I have to congratulate Dr. Kwok and her staff, however, for understanding that and making my visits (yep, two so far with more to come -remember I didn't like dentists? Never went, and now I'm paying for it. I must repeat, however, that because Dr. Kwok and her staff understand my fears, they have been most accommodating in helping me through the visits. Very high tech but soothing atmosphere. I've had a root canal and deep cleaning with NO pain during or after. I'm 68 and no pain is a first for me. Incredible!
