I am very pleased with myself for choosing to go to Uptown Dental Office the staff made me feel as if they had known me for a long time even though it was my first visit my dentist Susie Kwok explain to me what was going to happen that day and her treatment plan for me and put me at ease with what was about to take place , I am very grateful for her expertise as well as the expertise of her staff also

Had a morning appointment Wednesday of this week. I am extremely nervous when at the Dentists and it all became too much for me. Doctor Kwok was fantastic did what she had to do and then stopped and totally reassured me . I have such trust in her and will return, hopefully not quite as nervous next time.

Dr. Kwok's office was well set up to schedule, confirm, and review my insurance remotely before I even walked in the door. The front desk was prompt and attentive. Dr. Kwok did a fabulous job tailoring my appointment to my needs focusing on the exam and recommended solutions first, keeping me appraised of the plan of action, alternative plans, and cost, every step of the way. The cleaning was top-notch, firm but gentle. My hygienist was acutely aware of my periodic discomfort and quick to check on me before continuing. Great... read more

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. I was having a situation where there was pain coming from everywhere. Shooting pain. There was pain whether I was sitting still or if I was eating or just talking. Ended up I needed a root canal. Dr. Kwok and her assistant were simply wonderful. They were understanding and gave me the time to decide whether I wanted to go through with the procedure or just to pray and compose myself which is just what I ended up doing.
