The sashimi super fresh and the noddles cook to perfection with a lots I vegetables fresh an crunchy.
Sushi Mambo is my favorite, and it is the best sushi that I have found in the bay area and actually anywhere.
Great sushi for a very reasonable price. As people have mentioned it can be a long wait. We had two big parties come in before us so it took a while. The chef/ owner(I believe) noticed our wait and sent us over one of their specialty salads. I don’t know the name but it had cucumbers and squid. It was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to order it next time. Very happy and will be returning next time I am craving sushi.
Great sushi and great atmosphere!!! Family friendly yet romantic enough for a date. A hidden gem in Calistoga!
