Excellent service, food is very delicious and fresh. Had the Tuna Tartar, Manuel Roll with cucumber salad and fried rice.
Felicito al chef que realmente tiene una buena experiencia en preparar los rollos de sushi. Capeados o fríos...mis respetos. Gracias !! Cada vez que voy a Laredo los visito y comer aquí es una grande satisfacción.
It’s all fun and games until Sushi Madre posts a duplicate charge for $70 and almost 2 months later, has yet to reverse the charge. Still waiting for manager to call and respond and apologize.

I went today and was really excited to try the sushi there since it was my first time as soon as we got the order I usually don’t check my food but something caught my eye to see a freaking hair within the rice it was disgusting and unsanitary yet we told the waiter about it and just took it back and asked if we wanted a new one hell no � I seriously lost my appetite and we didn’t even eat anything after seeing that freakin hair yet we still had to pay the tab of $30 !! What at great first experience very disappointed
Love the Service and the cleanings the food delicious especially the salmon loved it
