As of yet not bad experience, only the cucumber lemonade was grainy. This was yesterday dinner time.

Pretty disappointed with my order, first of all they got the roll wrong I ordered a fresh roll and they gave me a breaded roll. Our mixed fried rice had NO flavor and barley any chicken or meat in it and don’t even ask if there was shrimp in it cause we didn’t see one! My daughters chicken nugget plate was horrible the chicken had NO flavor either! I just hope it’s just this location and the others are still good but we won’t be back to the loop location.
Everything delicious � they gladly help us even though we didn’t have a reservation for our family of 12 after our daughters graduation �
Horrible, took my family for lunch yesterday at 3 & we asked the male waiter for a booth since we saw one was empty, he said sure thing & that all he had to do was clean it off. He never even touched any of the booths, two more booths were cleared by the hostess while my family waited & then they sat two other families in those booths who barely walked in while we were first & waited for 10 minutes.
